Flirty truth or dare questions for two
A taste of the cards in Slow Burn, from easy teasers to a slow simmer. Read them to each other, or let the dice choose for you.
On the cards, “me” is the player who rolled and reads the card out loud, and “you” is the player in the hot seat. Every card stands on its own, so they work for a couple, a first date or two people who have just met. Pass any card you do not feel like answering.
Flirty truth questions
Tease easy and flirty
- What’s the first thing you notice about someone you find attractive, before they say a word?
- What’s the most flattering thing anyone has said to you, and how did you react?
- What do you find more attractive in a voice: the tone, the pace, or the accent?
- You’re stuck in an elevator for an hour with someone you find attractive. What do you do with the first ten minutes?
- What’s more dangerous for you: a good smile, a good laugh, or good eye contact?
Warm imagination at work
- Which song instantly makes a room feel warmer, and why?
- What’s the version of you that only a few people ever see?
- What’s a small detail on a person, like a collarbone, a wrist or a laugh, that drives you wild?
- What could someone do tonight, without saying a word, that would completely turn you on?
- Do you prefer slow and teasing, or fast and hungry? Where does that come from?
Hot tension you can feel
- What happens to you when someone lowers their voice and leans in?
- Does tension make you braver or quieter? Tell me about a time it did.
- You have a hotel room and a whole night with someone you can’t stop thinking about. How do you spend the first hour?
- Pick a setting: a hotel balcony, a rooftop, a night train, or a cabin in the snow. Where are you, and who looks away first?
- Where’s the line between teasing and torture, and have you ever crossed it?
Flirty dares
No touching, no undressing, no drinking. These dares work in the same room and on a video call.
Tease easy and flirty
- Give me a compliment that sounds like a pickup line, with a straight face.
- Say “good evening” to me three ways: friendly, mysterious, then dangerous.
- Wink at me three times, each wink meaning something different.
- Announce tomorrow’s weather in your smoothest late-night radio voice.
- Pitch me in thirty seconds on why I should go out with you.
Warm imagination at work
- Describe my voice as if you were selling it as a perfume.
- Narrate this moment like a steamy novel: two people, one table, far too much tension.
- Say four words that would make me want to hear a fifth.
- Raise one eyebrow, then the other, then both, as slowly as you can, while looking at me.
- Invent a secret signal between us that means “come closer”, and teach it to me.
Hot tension you can feel
- Show me your best bedroom eyes. Fifteen seconds, no laughing.
- Say something to me that is a compliment in public and an invitation in private.
- Give me three reasons to stay the night, each one more tempting than the last.
- Count slowly from one to five, as if each number were a step closer to me.
- Pose like the cover of a steamy paperback, and give me the title and the first line.
How to use these cards
Start with the Tease cards and let the room decide how far to go. Match the heat to the people. On a first date or with a new match, stay in Tease and Warm. With a partner you know well, climb faster.
Read each card out loud instead of silently, because the pause before an answer is half the fun. Take a breath before you reply, and pass without guilt: skipping a card is part of the game, not a failure.
Playing from different places? These work just as well on a video call. Nothing here needs you to be in the same room.
